In honor of the Mexican tradition “Día de los Muertos” or Day of the Dead, every year IZKALI hands out shirts that feature a traditional skull known as “calaca.” Around the skull there is always a figure that is peculiar to Mexico in some sort of way. Each year hundreds of millions of monarch butterflies travel over 3,000 miles in their annual migration from Canada and Eastern United States during the autumn months to winter in the mountains of Mexico in the states of Michoacán and Mexico.
